Who we are

Gutter Pros installs seamless gutters on homes across Chicago and the suburbs. These terms cover our estimates, our installs and the warranty behind them.

Estimates

An estimate is free and it commits you to nothing. We measure the house, price the job, and put the number in writing.

An estimate is priced on the measurements and the material costs of the day we write it. If either changes before you book, we will tell you before any work begins.

Booking and scheduling

We book installs in the order they are confirmed. Weather moves dates, and we will call you if yours moves. Tell us as early as you can if you need a different date.

The work

We make your gutters on site, in one piece, cut to fit your house.

Our standard is 6 inch oversized aluminum at .032 thickness. We set hangers every 24 inches and fit gutter apron flashing on every job. We take the old gutters away and clear the site before we leave.

The lifetime warranty

Every install comes with a lifetime warranty on the gutters and on the workmanship. It applies for as long as you own the house.

What the warranty does not cover

Three things fall outside it:

• Damage from falling tree limbs or from ladder impacts.
• Work done on your home by other contractors.
• Changes made to the system after we install it.

Call us if you are unsure whether something is covered. We will tell you either way.

Price match

We match a written quote from another company on a comparable system. Comparable means the same gutter size, the same aluminum thickness, the same hanger spacing and the same warranty. Send us the quote and we will read it with you.

What we do not do

We install and replace gutters, fit gutter guards, and repair or replace soffit and fascia. Gutters are all we do.

We take no roofing, siding or window work. We do not take gutter cleaning work, and we do not take gutter repair work.

We work across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. If your home is outside that area, we will tell you when you ask for an estimate.

This website

We write the pages on this site as accurately as we can. Product specifications and prices can change, so the estimate we give you for your house is the number that counts.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page.
